Verdhana’ Code of Ethics aims to promote high-level professionalism and standards of business conduct. This Code of Ethics is designed to provide practical guidance for all employees and Securities Company Representatives of appropriate practices that must be followed in providing services to clients.

As an employees and Representatives of Securities Companies of Verdhana expected to comply with the highest standards of personal integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the activities of employees and Securities Company Representatives as well as comply with all applicable company rules, regulations and policies. Verdhana wants its employees and Securities Company Representatives to take pride in working in Verdhana with fellow colleagues and always upholds Verdhana's reputation so that it continues to instill trust in customers.

The Code of Ethics sets out the principles, policies and regulations that govern the activities of all employees and Securities Companies Representatives of Verdhana. All Securities Company Representatives and Representatives are expected to adhere to the Code of Ethics and work together to maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism in dealing with clients.
