Risk exposure in Verdhana is managed and mitigated by performing identification, assessment, measurement and managing the mitigating the type of risks within business activity. The aim is to help strengthening the company’s resilience towards any future risks by encouraging a holistic approach for managing and mitigating risk in the company by effective and efficient risk management. The Risk (trading) limit set out by defining the thresholds in relation to specific risk exposures such as Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk as well as Capital Risk exposures.
